    Your recruitment journey at 6point6

    At 6point6 we want to use our interview process as chance to get to know you and for you to get to know us. We’ve streamlined our process to make it personable, and orientated around assessing your technical and consulting abilities in four steps.

    Interview process at 6point6


    A 30 minute conversation with our recruitment team to get to know you, what you are looking for, your work experience and to give you an overview of the role and 6point6.

    1st Interview

    60 minute interview with the hiring manager in the practice area you are applying for. Questions focus on your high level skills relevant to the role you are applying for and your consulting skills.

    2nd Interview

    90 minute interview with one of the practice area managers and a HR representative. This stage will differ according to the level of role you are applying for but will either involve a psychometric test, coding test or presentation on a given subject, followed by an interview where you will get to demonstrate more of your experience and skills relevant to the role. Take your opportunity to ask all the burning questions you might have about our clients or life at 6point6.


    If you successfully complete all of the above steps, you will receive a verbal offer within 24 hours of completing the final step. And we will look forward to welcoming you to the 6point6 team.
