Working from our office in London and remotely from home during the Covid-19 period.
You are natural helper; you enjoy helping people with computer-related problems and are able to explain technical solutions to anyone.
In your background we will like see proven experience as a Software Support Technician, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
Strong trouble shooting skills, you feel confident diagnosing, troubleshoot, and reporting on technical issues, explaining them in simple terms to people at all levels of a business.
Experience with working on Windows and OSX operating systems.
Experience in building Windows and OSX workstations.
Experience with Gsuite, Atlassian and confluence.
Communicate and collaborate well in a team environment.
Have a sense of humour and want to join our friendly team.
