Who can apply:

  • Candidates with at least 10 years of experience in managing and running Cyber engagements, along with having a strong client consulting portfolio.
  • Experience within the Cyber security and compliance industry especially within the private sector. 

Job Description:

We’re looking for inspiring talent to join our rapidly growing organisation,is that you? 

The individual needs to have run a large team of over 25 people and have a proven track record for creating new services as well as being able to adjust and update operational engagement processes. 

You will be primarily responsible for managing, running and maintain one of our major strategic accounts. The account is a multi-million revenue account for the Cyber business per year.  

Business development will be another key area of the role, from identification of expansion of the account all the way through to successfully delivering the services.

Key responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities will include: 

  • Work with the Cyber MD to ensure the success of major accounts. 
  • Take a leading role in account strategy, account development/planning and stakeholder management. 
  • Ensure the account is running well in all areas and customer satisfaction is high. 
  • Drive the account to maintain budget financial targets 
  • Drive customer promoter score and ensure customer advocacy  
  • Review all commercial account deliverables, including statements of work (SoW), proposals, and with an appreciation of technical documents, reports. 
  • Ensure all technical deliveries are in line with the statements of work (SoW) 
  • Be a conduit for constructive feedback for the technical teams from the customer, and internal functions. 
  • Responsible for ensuring all growth opportunities are captured and progressed thought our sales cycle.  
  • Work closely with 6point6 internal functions when required, HR, Legal, Etc 
  • Bring consistent language, theme, and style to all customer and external Cyber team deliverables. 
  • Working with the MD and Practice directors to ensure the correct development plans are in place for the delivery team to ensure account success. 
  • Collaborate with Cyber team leadership and wider Cyber technical team  
  • Share the benefits of your expertise and knowledge with the wider team 

Essential Skills 

  • Previous experience working in a consultancy organisation 
  • Knowledge of the information security and compliance related legal and regulatory environment 
  • Awareness and understanding of latest security best practices, threats, vulnerabilities and technologies, and helping to disseminate this information to technical audiences. 
  • Be confident in presenting security issues to technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, written and oral communication skills  
  • Ability to work well under pressure 
  • Previous experience of managing a team 
  • Ability to work with business senior stakeholders 
  • Previous experience managing major accounts with multi million-pound budgets  
  • Working with our delivery managers to ensure high customer satisfaction and timelines and delivery dates are met 
  • Able to provide stakeholder relationship management for key clients within the compliance portfolio. 
  • Experience of working in the public and private sectors 


  • An established network of industry experts to help grow the talent within the Cyber practice. 
  • Be well known within the Cyber industry to help with business generation.
